Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their bookings at any time and receive a 100% refund – no questions asked.
  • For most bookings, payment can be made after the event is successfully completed.
  • In certain high-value or customized bookings, a small advance may be required. Any advance paid will also be refundable in case of cancellation.
  • All refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours directly to the customer’s bank or UPI account.
