Customers can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay directly at their venue after service delivery.
If the vendor fails to reach or deliver as promised, EventBano will arrange an alternate vendor or provide a full refund immediately.
Customers may reschedule their bookings at no extra cost, subject to vendor availability.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
In rare cases like natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, EventBano will handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
